How to Set Up Your NuvoAir Account and Log Into the App

What you need

• A message from your care coordinator with a setup link
• A phone where you can install the app

Step 1: Open the setup link

1. On your phone, click the link sent by your care coordinator.
2. Tap Set up your account.

Step 2: Verify your information

1. Enter your ZIP code and date of birth.
2. Tap Confirm.
3. Create a password.
4. Check the boxes to agree to the consent forms.

📌 Important: Make note of the email address shown on the screen. You will use this same email when logging into the app.

Step 3: Confirm your account

1. Tap Continue.
2. Review your information.
3. If everything is correct, tap Yes.

Step 4: Download the app

1. Tap Download app to go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Install the app.
3. When installation is complete, tap Open.

Step 5: Sign into the app

1. If asked about notifications, select Allow.
2. Tap Sign In.
3. Enter the email address and password you set up earlier.
4. Tap Sign In again.

Troubleshooting

• If sign in doesn’t work, return to the original link from your care coordinator and repeat the process.
